Fran Kemp

Fran, whose financial services journey started in 1999, joined us in 2023, having worked with various top firms which afforded her the opportunity to develop her operations, marketing, compliance and advisory skills.

With a motto of ‘there is always more to learn’, Fran holds Chartered Status, is working towards achieving her Fellowship, and also enjoys exploring other areas of further education.  Alongside this motto, Fran holds a firm set of principles and objectives that she has relied upon to keep her on the right path, largely driven by implementing robust internal processes in which all staff can feel confident. 

Together with reducing and removing stress, Fran’s three main company objectives are that staff feel:

Married to Al, who is a Financial Planning Analysis Manager at Oyster Yachts at Wroxham/Southampton, Fran is also a mum to Ed, Lily – and two fur babies named Harry and Dude!
